A bit late on the eggs....

He got a bit behind in doing our easter egg dying this year...better late than never, right?  The kids were super excited about dying the eggs.  Zach remembered doing it before, Logan not so much.

Looks like fun, eh?  

We tired to get the kids to draw things on the eggs with the clear wax crayon before dying them...but they were having too much fun dipping the eggs in all the colors.  We blew threw a whole dozen eggs in less than 10 minutes.

After the eggs dried a bit we attempted to heat shrink the egg wrappers on the eggs.  No if you want a way to entertain a 5 year old and a 3 year old...this is it!

Our finished product!  The only person in our house that eats hard boiled eggs is Dustin....so guess what he is snacking on all week??!?!?!
