Betty Crocker & Son

Jen's boss came to work with TONS of apples today. So what do we do when we get a bag full of apples? Make APPLE PIE!

Tonight Jen and Logan made two French Apple Pies. It doesn't take very long at all to make the pies...we start with a pillsbury pie crust, followed by using the Pampered Chef apple peeler/slicer to get rid of the apple skins and slice the apples really thin. Then a few spices mixed in and you are ready to bake!  Logan was all for helping - especially when it came time to use the fancy apple peeler/slicer!

They are all ready to bake now!

The finished product, with a slab of vanilla ice cream!  It was sooooooo good.  So easy and soooooo GOOD!
